Leo received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Gannon University in 1964. He worked at one of the "Big 4" firms before founding Clyde, Ferraro & Co., LLP in 1969.

Mark received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Gannon University in 1990 and originally joined the firm in 1991. After four years with Clyde, Ferraro & Co., LLP, he held several positions outside the firm, where he gained additional experience in both private and public accounting roles before returning in 2003. He was admitted as a partner in 2013.
